Had a great listening party last week with members of Sausage Grinder and fellow Tiki Parlour producer Rick Hocutt. There’s nothing like listening to the original record. The human voice, in particular, sounds like it’s live and in the room. Such depth. We geeked out and enjoyed the sounds of Barbecue Bob, Uncle Bunt Stephens, Kessinger Brothers, Doc Roberts, Burnett & Rutherford, Uncle Dave Macon and others.
